How can I find my delivery information?
Once we ship your order an automatic email will go to your registered inbox with the required delivery details.
You can log in with your registered user id & password to check the status of shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Return can be requested within one week after the delivery of the product. It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
On receiving your return parcel the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your account credit. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
If your return has not been credited within 14 days of sending your parcel to us, please conact us on “ contact us “ tab. We will then process an investigation on your behalf and get back to you within 2-3 working days

How to initiate the exchange?
Exchange of the product can be initiated if the item is faulty or broken. please follow the below steps in order to initiate an exchange:
1. Log into " My Account " using your username and password.
2. Click on " My orders". Click the " Exchange".
3. Upload the image of the " Faulty " or " Broken " product & click Submit.
4. Select the product you want to exchange it with & submit.
4. A new order details will be sent to you on the registered email address.
Note : Order may be cancelled if the request is false after we check the uploaded images.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order:
If it's a order and it has not been shipped, you can see a cancel button in your Orders’ Section.
Once the order is shipped, It can not be cancelled
What can I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
Don't worry if you haven't received your order confirmation email straight away. You should receive it soon but in the meantime you can check your order details in My Account Section.
I'm missing an item from my order, what can I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team & we will get back to you in 1 - 2 working days.
I have an incorrect item in my order, what can I do?
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
As an online business our prices change in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case, we will not refund the difference.

Can you help me with my promo code?
You have to apply the coupon code at the time of checkout. You will get an option to enter the voucher code at the bottom left of the window. Please enter the voucher code there and press OK button or press the ENTER..
Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
At one time only one Coupon code can be applied to an order, Multiple coupons will not be applicable.
Note: We as an organisation will never ask you for your credit card details or OTP or password of your credit/debit card. Please do not provide them to anyone under any circumstances.
